Skills
Essential skills and experience:
Must have prior knowledge of the Environment Agencies existing asset management systems: ASITE, ArcGIS.
Must have a working knowledge of the functionality and configuration of the chosen asset management systems. Microsoft O365, Microsoft Project On-Line, Microsoft Power BI, FastDraft contract management and ArcGIS.
Must have working knowledge of the asset management processes within the Environment Agency
Must have process analysis (as is v to be), process mapping and process design capabilities
Must have high level data skills, data mapping, data management and data analysis to support structured and streamlined reporting capabilities.
Knowledge of data migration and ETL tools and processes
Agile/Waterfall development methods and the capturing of user stories
