Senior Developer - Concept Wave EOC , (OM and ON) and ECM Domain, J2EE

Job Description

• Design and implement solutions for new products and services requirements

• Develop and support Concept Wave - Order Management

• Comprehend business strategies and requirements and develop necessary designs and plans to ensure projects and solutions satisfy those needs.

Role:

• Design and implement solutions for new products and services requirements

• Involve in design making, analysis , and implementation phases of system upgrade and migration mega projects.

• Act as a contributing member of the project team from project inception to completion. 

• Assess and evaluate risk as required. 

• Maintain understanding of how individual work and decisions fit into the broader organizational picture. 

• Keep skills updated and remain proactively aware of happenings and current events in the industry.

• Mentor, coach, educate, and train colleagues as requested.

Skills

• Strong knowledge in EOC (Concept Wave) and Java.
• Proven technical leadership delivering EOC projects. 
• Hands on experience in EOC Order object handling and basket Management.
• Solid Experience in EOC Order Manager module and Catalog driven approach.
• Must have developing experience in Business process, Error handling, Interface integration.
• Must have developing experience in using EOC Out-Of-Box APIs.
• Hands-on experience in developing GUI using EOC features.
• Experience in using EOC Service Registry APIs.
• Good Exposure towards ECM Product and technical catalog Model.
• Good Knowledge in EOC performance tuning and improvement. 
• Excellent command of English language

• Telecom industry awareness and business acumen. 

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. 

• Proven technical involvement in EOC mega projects, Upgrade and migration projects are a plus. 

• Excellent leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills. 

• Very Good knowledge for telecom components (IN, Charging System, Billing, Rating, ....) 

• Extensive experience with customer experience and commercial products implementation 

• 6-8 years of EOC platforms experience within multiple operators / vendors in telecom BSS domains.
