Our Client is seeking a dynamic Fashion E-Commerce Merchandiser to join our Karachi team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the candidate should be a quick learner, a self-starter, dependable, and proactive. Additionally, the candidate must possess strong written and organization skills and perform well under pressure. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong creative thinking skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple projects simultaneously.


Manage and update style assortment and offering on site (update shared doc, and also responsible for putting items on and off “shelf”)

Manage e-commerce visual merchandising efforts to optimize selling and visibility ofstyle offering

Plan daily merch stories that highlight new product in a strategic cadence (initiate therelease of new styles, colors, fabrics and design details)

Reviewing line plans and making edits to each line for what lives on the site currently and what we design moving forward

Create and present seasonal strategy for product offering (Outlining goals, market share opportunities and objectives for cross-functional teams)

Create seasonal line plans by delivery, brand, category and target price points

Attend Design/Tech proto reviews and fittings to ensure the execution of product within the Good, Better, Best strategy

Planning & Projections Yearly/seasonal/weekly targets

Help establish how brands live under the overall Zaariya umbrella

Create compelling merchandising stories that incorporate all brands to help  drive sales

Establish and manage pricing structure and ensure price points are completive in the market

Visual E-Commerce merchandiser - visually merchandising each item and where it lives on the site

Fabric inventory/ knowledge of our fabric liability and what needs to be used sorting and categorizing our fabric inventory plan - helping design keep track of fabrics that need to be sold through when designing future collections

Work with Design, Tech and Sourcing teams to make sure price point targets are being met

Work with PR to identify key seasonal items to push and manage PR Showroom visual merchandising

Create and share selling reports to company, and provide feedback of what/why is selling, pulling weekly reports and reviewing them with the design and marketing teams to assess where to push and where we need to dial back

Help push product based off of selling

Create line plan/determine # of SKUs per season, per brand, etc

Allocate Deliveries & Weekly Merchandising stories
