Job Description
- 4+ years of experience in TIBCO, EMS, BW, Hawk, Admin and Adapters.
- Expertise in Design, Development, deployment and support.
- Work as Senior Developer/ Designer
- Hands-on experience with supporting all TIBCO middleware and related components
- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and drive execution under tight timelines
- Ability to proactively identify and manage risks and issues
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ensure quality documents are maintained as per standard processes
- Provide support required during business hours outside of business hours
- Performs release, deployment, change, and configuration management activities in partnership with infrastructure and TIBCO development partners and third-party vendors.
- Manages, resolves and documents issues and events related to TIBCO servers and environment availability
- Executes problem management processes when required and leads root cause analysis
- Ensure high quality project deliveries that meets all agreed upon requirements and ensuring high customer satisfaction through the management of the overall customer experience
