Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Consulting and support for managers in human resources-related matters
Assessment of manpower needs and supervision of recruitment, recruitment of employees and training of employees
Responsibility for preparation of job descriptions and employment contracts
Development of human resources policy and follow-up such as employee interviews and employee monitoring, assistance with wage calculation and variance analysis
Participation in equal pay certification and audits
Communication with employees in workshops
